RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I want you to love what you bring home. Here's everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

VINTAGE AND SECONDHAND ITEMS - FINAL SALE

All vintage and secondhand pieces are sold as-is and are final sale. Because these are pre-owned, one-of-a-kind items with natural wear and history, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges. I do my best to describe and photograph every piece thoroughly - including any imperfections - so please review everything carefully and reach out with questions before you purchase. I'm always happy to share additional photos or measurements.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS AND POTTERY - FINAL SALE

All original artwork and handmade pottery are final sale. Because these are one-of-a-kind pieces made by hand, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges. If you have questions about a piece - color accuracy, scale, texture — please reach out before purchasing and I'll do everything I can to help you feel confident in your decision.

DAMAGED ITEMS

I pack every order with care, but occasionally things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at hello@curatedbyaidankay.com with your order number and photos of the damage and the packaging. I will work with you to make it right - either through a replacement if one is available, a store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.

Please keep all original packaging materials until the situation is resolved, as they may be needed for a shipping insurance claim.

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If it is still missing after 5 business days, contact me and I'll help you investigate. I insure all shipments over $100 and will file a claim on your behalf if necessary.

THE RESTYLE - DESIGN SERVICES

Because design service work begins immediately upon booking, deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to work with your situation.

COMMISSIONS

Commission deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you need to cancel before work begins, please contact me immediately and I'll let you know whether a refund is possible depending on where we are in the process.
