These terms govern your use of the Curated by Aidan Kay website and your purchases from the shop. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

WHO WE ARE

Curated by Aidan Kay is a limited liability company owned and operated by Aidan Lammers, based in Jefferson City, Mo. You can reach me at hello@curatedbyaidankay.com with any questions.

USING THIS SITE

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site - including text, photographs, and artwork - without my written permission. All content on this site is my own unless otherwise credited.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

By placing an order through this site, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my discretion - for example, if a product is listed in error or if there is an issue with the order.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. I accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay.

ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS

Many items in this shop - including all vintage pieces and original artwork - are one of a kind. Once sold, they are gone. I make every effort to keep inventory current, but in the rare event that an item sells before I can update the shop, I will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

COMMISSIONS

Commission work is governed by a separate proposal and agreement sent to you before any work begins. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your spot and is non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due before shipping. By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in your specific commission proposal.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original artwork, photography, written content, and design on this site is owned by Aidan Kay and protected by copyright. Purchasing a physical piece of artwork does not transfer any reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, print, or commercially use any artwork purchased from this shop without my written permission.

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

The Restyle package and any other design services are governed by a separate service agreement provided at the time of booking. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined in that agreement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated by Aidan Kay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of any products or services. My total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
